Pre-Orders

Any orders placed containing pre-order items will ship when all items are in stock.  To receive your orders as quickly as possible, please place pre-orders separate from any regular in stock items.  Any pre-orders placed will charge in full at time of checkout, however they are still subject to our normal Cancellation & Refund Policies shown below.

** You may request cancellation on your pre-order if it has not shipped, but it will be subject to our standard 3% cancellation fee to account for the non-refundable payment processing charge. **

 

Final Sale Items - Sealed TCG Products

Due to the nature of TCG products, all sealed product sales are final.  However, if your item(s) arrive damaged or not as described, please contact support and we can correct any issues.

 

Cancellations

As long as your order has not been shipped, you may cancel at any time by sending a cancellation e-mail to support at contact@gregsgameshop.com.  Cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable transaction processing fee and is deducted from your total refund amount.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
